Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine since 2015, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020), Financial chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010) and Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017). He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, Executive Vice-Chair of ICC'2017, TPC Vice Chair of Globecom'2018, Panel sessions co-chair for Globecom'16, tutorial chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, track chair of PIMRC'2012 and WCNC'2014, symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2007-2011, Globecom'2019, ICC 2008-2010, ICC'2014 and '2016. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS. He is associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS-Wiley), Journal on Security and Communication Networks (SCN-Wiley) and International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA-Elsevier). He is senior member of the IEEE, IARIA fellow and member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions and gave tutorials at major international conferences. He was IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer Tour during 2013-2014.

Dr. Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning leader and research and development professional. He is the Founder of Hamta Group | Hamta Business Solution and Associate Professor & Chair of Research and Scholarly Activities Committee at University Canada West. He has over 20 years of experience in both industry and academic sectors. He has been a university lecturer in three different parts of the world, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Besides, he has organized and chaired numerous workshops, conferences, and conference sessions respectively, and has delivered speeches as chief guest and keynote speaker. His views on science and technology have been published in top-ranked scientific publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, IEEE, IGI Global, Inderscience, Taylor and Francis and Dr. Hamed has published over 200 scientific articles in authentic peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. He has been listed on the Stanford-Elsevier list of World’s top 2% of scientist by August 2021 and 2022. He is a Certified Cyber Security Professional and Certified Graduate Technologist. He is senior member of IEEE, IAEEEE, IASED, IEDRC & HKSRA, Fellow Member of ISAC, WGM of IFIP TC11 - Assurance and Information Security Management, and member of CSIAC, ACT-IAC, and AASHE. Currently, he is involved in several multidisciplinary research projects, including studying innovation in information technology, blockchain and cybersecurity, and technology acceptance.

Dr. Zhao Zhang received the Ph.D. degree from City University of Hong Kong in 2013. He is now a Professor at the School of Computer and Information, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. He was a Visiting Research Engineer at National University of Singapore, from Feb to May 2012. He then visited the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition at Chinese Academy of Sciences, from Sep to Dec 2012. His research interests include Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. He has authored/co-authored more than 110 technical papers published at prestigious journals and conferences, including 44 IJCV or IEEE/ACM Transactions regular papers and 37 Top-tier conference papers (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ACM MM, ICLR, AAAI and IJCAI), with Google Scholar citations over 5,000 times and H-index 41. He is serving/served as an Associate Editor (AE) of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (IEEE TIP), IEEE Transactions on Big Data (IEEE TBD), Pattern Recognition (PR) and Neural Networks (NN); also served as a Managing Guest Editor (MGE) for Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (JVCI), Image and Vision Computing (IVC). He is serving/served as a SPC member/Area Chair for ACM MM, AAAI, IJCAI, SDM and BMVC, a Program Co-Chair for CCVPR 2022, NCAA 2020 and DSDE 2023~2021, a General Co-Chair for ASIP 2023, NCAA 2022~2021, and a Workshop Chair for ADMA 2020. He is a Distinguished Member of the CCF, and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Dr. Pooja Singh received his Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). She has experience of 21 years in world’s leading CMMi-5 software multinational companies, research organizations and academic institutes. She is currently Assistant Professor in SIES Graduate School of Technology, Navi Mumbai, and has distinction of working in the field of Image processing, Artificial intelligence, Mathematical Modelling, reliability engineering, safety engineering and other mathematical sciences for to solve the various technical challenges in Nuclear Power Plants. She has an illustrious career and succeeded in several critical jobs assigned to him in his illustrious career, though, each of them was challenging. Her assignments over the years range from design, development, testing, IV&V, related research and site validation of the safety critical computer based systems of Indian Nuclear Power Plants. She has published several research papers in journals of high impact factor like IEEE Transactions, IEEE Computer, ACM, Elsevier, Quality & Reliability International, etc. She is recipient of many awards like prestigious IEEE K. Shankar award, publication award, etc. She has also received IEEE Woman Technologist award. She is a reviewer of several SCI indexed journals of high impact factor, including 14 different IEEE Transactions. She is a life member of Indian Nuclear Society. She has been invited for keynote speeches, and talks in many international IEEE and other conferences. She is a member of editorial board of many reputed journals and guest lead editor of many special issues. She is supervising many PhD students of different reputed institutes. She is actively involved in formation of interdisciplinary Centre of Dependability Engineering at IIT (BHU). She has several international research collaborations. Her research interests are in the area of mathematical modelling, image processing, artificial intelligence, reliability, system design, safety and security of safety critical computer based systems. So far she has completed 8 projects of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
